Tournament fees and other payments made through our platform are subject to the specific refund policies of each tournament. Please review the refund policy before making any payments. CBL charges a platform fee for certain transactions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
6. Limitation of Liability
CBL is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during basketball games or tournaments organized through our platform. Participants engage in sports activities at their own risk. We recommend all participants have appropriate insurance coverage.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
